Watch 2017’s Total Solar Eclipse on NASA’s Apple TV App

No doubt there will be about a billion sites across the Internet streaming the event, but why not head straight to the well for all things space? And sure, you could watch it on your mobile or tablet, but for one of Mother Nature’s top-tier spectacles, the bigger the screen, the better.

It’s as simple as heading to the search bar in your Apple TV’s App Store and typing in NASA, or if you prefer, hold down the mic button on your Siri Remote and ask Siri to “search for NASA.” The app is free to download, and once you have it, launch it and head over to the NASA TV area within the app’s menu. Done.

NASA’s official Eclipse 2017 site has everything you need to know regarding times and locations, but in a nutshell, it’s as easy as keeping your Apple TV tuned to NASA TV on August 21st and enjoying the show.
