Original story:
Earlier today ATVG
posted a short piece about upcoming Space Marshals 3, and we have similar news regarding Vector Unit’s Beach Buggy Racing 2.
And a somewhat more specific window in which it is planning to be released. A
season even.

While those on mobile have been enjoying the free-to-play version of Beach Buggy Racing 2 for many months now, those of us on consoles are still waiting patiently for the pleasure.
Originally announcing the release of its premium version in 2019, Vector Unit postponed the title to an undisclosed future date.
As we did with Pixelbite and Space Marshals 3, ATVG reached out to Vector Unit last week in the hope of nailing down a release date, and while we don’t have an exact date, we do have a season – Summer (northern hemisphere).
So around the middle of the year, a shiny new premium version of Beach Buggy Racing 2, without the free-to-play baggage, will be gracing our Apple TVs, PS4s, Xbox Ones, Nintendo Switches and PCs.
“We don’t yet have an official date, but I’m expecting it’ll be this summer sometime,” came the offical word from Vector Unit.
Despite the kart racing sequel not releasing until around the middle of the year, we’ll actually find out a bit more pretty soon, as the studio is planning to show off the console version on Xbox at PAX East at the end of February (27 Feb – 1 Mar in Boston).
“We’ll have some more announcements about the game then,” teased the studio.
Stay tuned.
